Do I need internet to use FitBono Offline?
No. FitBono Offline works completely without an internet connection. All data is stored on your iPhone. You don't need to create an account or connect to any server.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server or cloud service. If you uninstall the app, the data is deleted from the device.
How do I back up my data?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Export backup". A JSON file will be generated that you can save to Files, email to yourself, or store wherever you prefer. To restore, use "Import backup" from the same menu.
Can I switch iPhones and keep my data?
Yes. Export a backup from your current iPhone (Settings → Export backup), transfer the file to your new iPhone, and import it from the app (Settings → Import backup).
Why does the app ask for location permission?
To optionally record GPS coordinates for each training session. If you don't grant permission, the app works normally — it just won't save the location for sessions.
Is the client's signature required?
Yes. Each session requires the client's digital on-screen signature to be recorded. This protects both parties and confirms attendance.
What types of vouchers can I create?
Three types: Pack (fixed number of sessions, e.g. 10), Monthly (expires in 1 month) and Quarterly (expires in 3 months). Monthly and quarterly subscriptions can be renewed from the client's detail view.
Can I change the currency?
Yes. Go to Settings and choose from EUR (€), USD ($), GBP (£) or MXN ($). Voucher prices will be displayed in the selected currency.
Is the app available in other languages?
FitBono is available in 39 languages. The app automatically adapts to the language configured on your iPhone.

Getting started

  1. Open the app — You'll see the welcome screen where you can enter your name and business name.
  2. Add a client — Go to the Clients tab and tap + to create your first client.
  3. Create a voucher — From the client's detail view, create a voucher (pack, monthly or quarterly).
  4. Record a class — Tap the green + button on the bottom bar, select a client and session type, and collect the signature.
  5. Check the history — From the History tab you can view and filter all recorded sessions.
