1. Overview
FitBono Offline is an iOS application developed by Color Vivo Internet, SL ("we"). This policy describes how data is handled in the application.
2. Data collected
The application allows the user to record the following information, which is stored exclusively on the user's device:
- Client data: name, phone, email and notes.
- Voucher data: number of sessions, price, payment method, dates and status.
- Training session data: date, type, duration, trainer comments.
- Digital signature: client's on-screen signature to confirm attendance.
- Location (optional): GPS coordinates of the training location, only if the user grants permission.
3. Local storage
All data is stored solely on the user's device using SwiftData (local database). There is no server, no data is sent to the internet, and no cloud services are used (unless the user manually enables iCloud backup through the operating system's backup features).
4. Data NOT collected
- No analytics or telemetry data is collected.
- No cookies or tracking technologies are used.
- No data is shared with third parties.
- No advertising is used.
- No device identifier (IDFA) is collected.
5. Location
The app requests location permission ("While Using the App") to optionally record GPS coordinates for each training session. This data is stored only on the device. If the user denies permission, the app works normally without location data.
6. Data export
Users can export their data in JSON format from the Settings section. This file is generated locally and the user decides what to do with it (save to Files, send by email, etc.).
7. Data deletion
When the application is uninstalled, all data stored on the device is automatically deleted. No data remains on any server because there is no server communication.
8. Security
Data is stored in the application's sandbox, protected by iOS security mechanisms (device encryption, passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection).
9. Children
The application is not intended for children under 13. No information from children is intentionally collected.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. The date of the last update is indicated at the bottom of this page.
